Pakka Local, Kondapur, Hyderabad
Rated : 4.0 out of 5
While looking for a nice restaurant near Kondapur for dinner, happened to see this name 'Pakka Local'. As name seems to be interesting, thought of trying their food. As soon as we entered, felt wow with their Ambience.
We've ordered Kaju Kodi Roast, that was mouth watering and tasted perfect balancing all the flavours. In the main course, we tried Godavari Biryani which was served to perfection. One good thing we liked the most is the way they balanced all the flavours in the recipes. This doesn't come out with all the Chefs, have to appreciate the Chef. As there are no appetite desserts, we didn't try that. Their menu is different and the serving was good if they can overcome serve time.
Overall experience is good and should give a try. I am planning to visit this one more time.

Palamuru Grill, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Rated : 3.0 out of 5
I would like to take a minute to provide my feedback on my visit to Palamuru Grill on last Friday for dinner. As it's a grill place there is a smoke around the entrance which might be annoying to few customers while entering. We've selected the rooftop and as it's an open air, felt happy.
Ambience is Ok. We've ordered sweet corn soup for my kid, which is not good/tasty, coming to starters - Tried chicken boneless grill and fish grill, both were good as expected as spicy. Main course - Mutton Kheema and Tandoori roti - We were actually finding the mutton in the gravy curry, not up to the mark and to my surprise the tandoori roti is also not so good, seems like too much of flour has used. As there is no appetite desserts, we didn't try.
Overall experience is not so great but ok to try once.

Rajdhani Thali Restaurant, Near JNTU, Hyderabad
Rated : 3.5 out of 5
Heard about this place for their authentic Rajasthani dishes and wanted to try with my family. On a weekend we've been there for lunch, their receiving was really good with traditional style.
They have started serving the food in a great "Thali plate" which is so big. There was a bit clumsy as the servers were more and coming one after the other to serve in a sabji bowls and leave. As we are new to those dishes, we couldn't able to distinguish and have to check the name again & again with servers. They have concentrated more on sweet dishes rather looking at the main dishes.
Starters like daal baati, churma, dhokla were good to taste. Not really enjoyed with roti. Khichidi is good as usual. Rabdi was too good. Overall they have served about 20 - 25 dishes which is a huge count and for a Telugu people it's tough to identify the cuisines easily.
Cost is bit on a higher side for thali, which can be reduced else can increase the quality / taste of food.
Overall its a place to visit at least for a time to taste the authentic food.

SLY Tech, Kondapur, Hyderabad
Rated : 3.5 out of 5
Sly Tech (Restro Bar), the name itself is innovative which is located next to google office, hitech city.
A group of people visited this place to taste their new cuisines. The ambience is good and could able to maintain the environment as needed. We've started off with drinks - They have limited Mocktails, out of which Orange No-Mojito was decent. Coming to cocktails - they have a variety of cocktails with a good mixture.
Tried few cocktails, Hello Carrie Bradshaw seems to be decent and they have surprise shots which were awesome!
Starters - Bhel Puri is really good and must try. Paneer starter was decent for veggies and for non-veg they have good varieties - Chicken wings, Chicken Tikka, Chilli chicken, Fish Fingers, Mutton Kebab and Shrimps. Fish starter was decent along with Shrimps which was not shown as its natural texture and appearance, which they can improve. Chilli chicken was awesome! Mutton kebab is also good to taste.
Main course - They have few sliders, Biryani balls - Veg & Nov-veg; very innovative thought to impress Hyderabadies, but very hard to find difference between a veg & non-veg ball. They should work on these special dishes to improve which shall attract more guests. Completed with simple burgers - veg & nov-veg, which are up to their mark.
Desserts - Which might disappoint guests, as they hardly have deserts and that too without alcohol. Management has to really try to overcome this gap and spread the varieties which can satisfy veggies as well.
Overall a good place to visit to have some chill out with friends.

Dhaba by Claridges, Kondapur, Hyderabad
Rated : 4.0 out of 5
This is located next to Google office, hitech city.
It was nice experience when my colleague invited a group of corporates last Friday for dinner. As we know they are new to Hyderabad but very known in north part. We were around 20 count, as soon as we entered, we felt like Wow...by looking at their theme on maintaining Dhaba style. Even the servers were wearing Dhaba style Punjabi Kurthas..
They have served the Drinks - Mocktails, Cocktails.. which was decent.
Started with Starters - Veg / Non-veg : Have tasted all the Nov-veg items. Mutton dishes were really Awesome... I have never tasted a mutton with so much tender, it's melting in the mouth. I was Fida..to their mutton dishes served. Chicken dishes was also good in the taste, but my vote goes to Mutton (have to try). You may make the Mutton as your Signature Food.
I personally prefer seafood, by they have not met the expectation on sea food - Tiger Prawn was over cooked, Fish starter was not great in the taste. Butter chicken can be made much better. Coming to veg-dishes - Paneer was good with that of Mushroom starter. Even the Mutton Biryani was good...
Finally we have ended up with 3 Deserts - Halwa, Gulab Jamun & Rabdi : Out of which Rabdi was excellent.
They are unique in style - In between, all the staff have started dancing for a special songs. It was excellent and appreciate if that continues in future. My suggestion is to improve on Seafood. A very big thank to my colleague Wenu & Dhaba management, Keep rocking / entertaining the customers.
Overall it's a nice place to visit again.

Rayalaseema Ruchulu, Ameerpet, Hyderabad

As i never tasted the food @ Rayalaseema Ruchulu , thought of trying it and been there last Sunday for lunch. The Ambiance was good, asked for 2 signature dishes - Ragi Muddha with Natu Kodi pulusu & Raja Bhojanam (Nov-veg Thali). As expected, food was spicy and the taste is quite good. For Raja Bhojanam, they have served all the regular thali items along with 1 Egg, 2 Chicken & 1 Mutton curries.
Their service was good.. Finally we ended up having sweet (Served with Thali) which is not so tasty. But to my surprise the bill has come to around INR 1050 for 2 people which was not expected. Though the food is tasty, costs are very high. It's better if the management look at the cost factor.
Now we have many places serving buffet with a cost of INR 1000 to 1100 for 2 people with many items, people might prefer to go there rather visiting your place... please see.
